My 2021 Versa had a recall on the ECM. It took 1.5 hours to complete the Recall service. Zeigler Nissan covered the cost with their relationship with Nissan. I waited in their waiting It took 1.5 hours to complete the Recall service. Zeigler Nissan covered the cost with their relationship with Nissan. I waited in their waiting area. It was an open area in the centerof the car showroom. It was comfortable. It had piped in music and a tv. I made myself comfortable and played online cell phone games to pass the time. The whole experience was pleasent and functional. I have had other services with Zeigler Nissan in the past and will continue with them for the next few years. More

I made the appointment online the night before for an oil change and tire service. I did get an immediate confirmation email stating that a representative would reach out to me to confirm. The next morning change and tire service. I did get an immediate confirmation email stating that a representative would reach out to me to confirm. The next morning nobody reached out to me, but I believe it was because of the short period of time from making the appointment. I did call to ask if I could still come in at my 9 AM appointment. They did confirm that. She also Informed me of a recall, and that the service could be done fairly quickly at the dealer at the same time. When I got to the dealer, Alex checked me in and told me a general timeframe. He also offered to get me a ride back to my house if I needed it. I did take the ride back and the driver was great and we chatted the whole way. From there, Ken gave me a call after having the car only an hour and a half to inform you that the car was completely done. Very good experience there for such short notice. More
