The service department claimed that the leaking radiator on my 2 year old car was not caused by a defect and therefore not covered under the warranty. And they charged me over $100 to "investigate" when I h on my 2 year old car was not caused by a defect and therefore not covered under the warranty. Working with Byers is great because they are very thorough and do great work.
