I stopped by here 5 o’clock in the afternoon without an appointment. Car was making some really weird thud sound and it was making me nervous. The service writer, Ken got a mechanic to hop in the car with appointment. Car was making some really weird thud sound and it was making me nervous. The service writer, Ken got a mechanic to hop in the car with me right away and go for a ride. He heard the noise too, so he put it up on the rack and discovered the wheel was no longer around. Apparently I hit a pothole during the recent snowstorm. They told me the car was OK to drive, come back in a couple of days and they will try to either replace or fix the wheel. Ken had his guy repair the wheel at a minimum cost and the car now runs great. They also gave me a loaner to use while the guy was working on the car. Ken and the mechanic went out of their way to help me and it was a very nice experience. Every experience I’ve had with this dealership has been five stars. Highly recommend this place. More

I bought my first Acura-a 2003 TL from Muller’s and have been with them ever since! They are outstanding! Mark is the service manager and never fails to greet me warmly and makes a point to chat with me. Ke been with them ever since! They are outstanding! My cars have always been so reliable-it’s just usually just maintenance which I always do. I’ve had several sales people but this time I had Lance who was just outstanding! His knowledge of Acuras is amazing and really went out of his way to answer all my questions. I so appreciated it! I’ve always dealt with Miles in finance and I can’t sing his praises enough! He has become a friend and always greets me when I come in. I went to several other dealerships before buying my 2025, but I never got the same feeling walking in there as I do at Muller’s. That was a huge consideration for me. I have to drive a bit to get to Muller’s but it is so worth my time for such excellent service!! Thank you all! More
