What a bizarre experience at this dealership. Even by car dealer standards. We set out in the morning to look at 4 similar vehicles at 4 separate dealerships. I told all of them I wanted to trade my vehicle and wanted their bottom line price so I could sleep on it and make my decision the next day. No car dealership B.S.please. I ended up with a clueless salesperson (I think/hope he was new) who tried to get me to sign a handwritten agreement that I would buy the vehicle if we agreed on a price. That made NO sense. I got frustrated and asked the salesperson to get me a manager. I ended up with the finance manager which, again, made no sense since as I had told the salesperson I was paying cash. The finance manger asked how much I wanted to pay for the vehicle (duh, the lowest price possible). He was rude and unprofessional and would not give me the appraised value of my vehicle unless I gave him a number. We walked out! The other three dealerships were cooperative, professional, and honored my request. We bought a vehicle the next day from one of the other dealerships. There a numerous Hyundai dealers in the area. DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! I was visiting Gainesville for work and live 3 hours away. I had my car towed in at 10am Tuesday due to it would not start, and they did not touch my car until the Gainesville for work and live 3 hours away. I had my car towed in at 10am Tuesday due to it would not start, and they did not touch my car until the Wednesday at 3pm. They did care that I was from out of town. They had no compassion at all to look at my car as soon as possible. I had to be back home Wednesday morning for work so i had to rent a care and then come back there 2 days later to pick it up. They could not recreate the issue and they did nothing to my car. If they would have touched my car the first day I would not have had to do so much extra driving and wasting money on a car rental. More

They recommend me to do other things, I trust them because other times I have driven the car before and I agree to do it. The other day to do the job, the car starts to fail and turn on the check engine light. I go back to Hyundai and talk with the manager and he explains me that they put the car in the computer and it indicated that it was wires from the sparks that had changed the previous day. For this job they also wanted to charge me when my car was is very fine. I’m very upset. Thanks More
