All three vehicles I have purchased have gone off of the lot without cosmetic deficiencies being corrected prior. I have had to make several calls and trips to have these corrected and will have to do so again for the CRV. Since I purchased it at night, I did not see the dents and scratches. More

It was a 100% difference from a previous experience. Ken was was very pleasant and had the truck waiting for me when I arrived. I have thought of another brand, but always come back to the Honda..I just love the compactness of the CRV and still have the room for a college student move-out! It has a great way in the snow...with all seasons, but I'm sure my latest trade-in with changeable tires will be even better... I have been dealing through Ken Hammer on the last two trades and he lets me chatter away my nervousness! Always feel better about my trade when I leave... The service area is a real plus when you buy their Hondas...car wash is a plus! More

Easy to work with I loathe car shopping...it is easily one of the most stressful tasks to me. I never look forward to researching cars, dealerships and deals...it's ex I loathe car shopping...it is easily one of the most stressful tasks to me. I never look forward to researching cars, dealerships and deals...it's exhausting. After finding a car on Autotrader we decide to stop by Bianchi to see it. When we arrived it had already been sold, i could feel my anxiety start. Ken Hammer easily guided us to some cars in our price range that we may not have thought about...then financing didn't work out for the vehicle we picked out, Mike Clement, used sales manager and Mike Mobilia in finance worked with Ken to find the car and make the price happen, so that we walked out with a car that met our needs and helped our pocket book! It was the easiest and least stressful experiences in buying a car that I have ever personally experienced, I know that it comes time for a new vehicle, we'll be going back! More
