At Bisnchi Honda we received the best customer care. We did not feel pressured and Ken (our sales person) was very personable and knowledgable about our questions and concerns. We had a strict budget and Ken was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. Even after the sale he wad helpful. I also want to thank the young man in the financial department who was able to find us the right options on payments and warranties. Overall a pleasant experience. More

The most painless auto purchase we've ever made! To start with, there was an extensive selection of vehicles to choose from. There were plenty of sales people around and they were NOT pushy or overb To start with, there was an extensive selection of vehicles to choose from. There were plenty of sales people around and they were NOT pushy or overbearing in the least. They let us browse and when we were ready to test drive and ask questions they were right there to help. Once we decided on a few we really liked we did our homework by checking the carfax, which you can do right through their website at no cost to you and checking Consumer Reports and Kelly Blue Books to make sure we were getting a fair price. We went back and told them what we felt was a fair price and they said, OKAY! No dickering whatsoever! It took 20-30 minutes to do the paperwork and we were on our way with our slightly used car and a feeling that we weren't xxxxx! I will look up my friend/salesman Ken Hammer again next time we are looking for another ride. When Jason says he'll make it worth a visit, he means it! More
