There are plenty of employees but the people who are supposed to help when you walk into the service aisle (runners?) are too busy on personal phones to assist. One employee who bothered to look up just supposed to help when you walk into the service aisle (runners?) are too busy on personal phones to assist. One employee who bothered to look up just pointed when I asked a question. I was taught that a guest should be led to their destination not ignored and then treated as an inconvenience. Service advisors did a great job, assisting personnel are more interested in personal phones than helping guests. More
