My vehicle service was done faster and for less $ than expected. Everyone was professional and personable. I’d definitely use them again. expected. Everyone was professional and personable. I’d definitely use them again. More

The shop definitely needs a remodel. I was use to Walser’s in Burnsville. Super clean and organized. I found it old fashion to go into a separate office to pay. They said they couldnt recreate any issues after driving the car for 20 miles and said if they persisted we should bring the car back in. So essentially just refusing to fix anything. Low and behold the issues persisted immediately so we try to call to setup an appointment. They 3rd party their calls so they have no clue what is going on. They want me to wait 3.5 weeks to get the car in and it took 14 minutes on the phone to even get the appointment scheduled. I have tried calling the service department directly 3x and keep getting routed to a 3rd party who each time have told me that someone would reach out. Its been 4 days and nobody has reached out. What does one have to do to be able to talk to someone at the dealership? What does one have to do to get their car fixed at this dealership? Do I just need to leave reviews everywhere to get someone to help as calling them doesnt seem to work. More
