We walked into the showroom and all the salesman welcomed us with open arms. Dan took me on a test drive and he explained everything about the Subaru. His knowledge and expertise was welcomed since I never owned a Subaru before. The process of buying the car from Crews Subaru was so easy! I love my Subaru Outback Wilderness! This dealership is customer service at its BEST! Thank you to all !!! More

Great buying experience! My first contact with Crews Subaru was to bring in my older Forrester for service and repair. I knew I wanted a newer model and had been searching online. I made an appointment with Tracie Mason over the phone and the process from start to finish was great. I have nothing but good things to say about Crews Subaru as a dealership, my first contact with Tracie who then introduced me to Rhett Crull who guided me through the decision making process, and Pam Baker who helped me through the finance process, usually the most stressful part of buying a car. I new I wanted to upgrade and had picked a new Forrester online. Rhett greeted me with a smile. His name suits him well, aka Rhett Butler, charming, delightful to work with, no pressure sales, knowledgeable about the cars and available inventory, and suggesting an Outback that was available that had all the features on my wish list and more. Have to say, I immediately fell in love with the car after the test drive. A good product sells itself; a good "salesperson" helps the buyer make the right decision. I bought a 2018 Outback with all the trimmings and don't regret it one bit. I usually drive cars a long time and wanted one that would last many years and provide me with safety, security, and the Subaru reputation that is well earned. I don't understand why folks spend thousands more on those "luxury" cars that are very costly to drive and maintain. I wake up everyday to my Wilderness Green Outback and the commute to work/home makes it all worth it. I am an outdoorsy person and animal lover and Subaru definitely has the hold on those markets. The Saturday I bought my car, there was a promotion going on and I had the fun experience of meeting Ken French, whom I had coincidentally attended and graduated with from USC. It was a great day in what has been a stressful year. And, some nice gentleman brought me "sweet tea" a southern staple. Can't ask for more than that. And, there is the "coolest" sink in the ladies room! I notice things like that. And, Pam Baker has the most gorgeous vintage diamond ring that I would have probably bought had it been for sell:) Pam was great, We really hit if off. She put me at ease and helped me with financing. Got me a better deal than I had researched. Great team! Hope to see you all in the not too distant future. It's just a fun place to be! More

Great Experience We saw an ad for a Land Rover which was my daughters dream car. Two years ago when we were first looking for a small suv, that was her dream car We saw an ad for a Land Rover which was my daughters dream car. Two years ago when we were first looking for a small suv, that was her dream car and I told her you better make a lot of money or marry a rich guy. My wife and daughter saw the car on a Saturday and liked it. They held it for us until Monday when I could see the car. It was reasonably priced and came with a lifetime engine and trans warranty. My only disappointment was when I found out it only came with one key. A new key will set us back $408, well worth the price of my daughter being happy after a devastating accident that will impact her for the rest of her life, both physically but more so emotionally. This vehicle will allow us to sleep at night, knowing she is driving a tank, just like the FJ Cruiser that saved her life. I was really and I mean REALLY impressed with the electronic document signing in Pam Baker's office. That was really impressive. And a big thank you to Ken French, who helped my wife and daughter on Saturday and Margaret for recognizing my other daughter on Monday. More
