This is my third vehicle from Ganley BMW having worked with Client Advisor, Ken Delk from the start. Ken is certainly knowledgeable about the brand, but my experience goes beyond that. Sometimes the smal with Client Advisor, Ken Delk from the start. Ken is certainly knowledgeable about the brand, but my experience goes beyond that. Sometimes the smallest details carry the most weight; as having a window decal with significant sentimental value transferred to my new car without my asking...thanks for that Ken! Further, I had a specific color and interior in mind, and though it took some doing, Ken was able to locate the vehicle in another state and had it delivered as promised. In working with Finance Manager, Mike Hall for the first time, I found him to be both professional and courteous. He advised me of the "add-on" protection options available but was never pushy, which made for an overall good experience. There are many dealerships with whom I could do business. For me, customer service is an important factor in the process. All things considered, as long as I drive the BMW brand and Ken is a part of the team, I will definitely be a Ganley client. A.
