Hello, my name is Ken Delk and I am a Senior Client Advisor for BMW of Westlake. I have worked for BMW and the Ganley organization since October 2004. I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. I chose BMW as I viewed it as a world class organization like the United States Marine Corps; my commitment is to the people I serve. I look forward to working with you soon!

Great sales department! Bought my first BMW! I could not recommend BMW of Westlake enough! They were so inviting and I was never intimidated. My last car was a Chevrolet and Bought my first BMW! My last car was a Chevrolet and I cannot speak enough about how nice and professional this dealership was. The service was impeccable. Ken Delk was an amazing salesman and made sure he got the perfect car for me. We actually had it built to my specifications. The options were endless, I loved it. He made the process so simple and stress free. Fred Palmer was the one who took my trade in and made it so painless and simple I was amazed. They took the guess work out of everything and there were never any surprises, until i saw the car come off the truck of course!!! More
