Following there was too much pressure exerted on us as we had only started the buying process and the price offered was below our expectation. We left with the expectation that we would not return. However, Ken Costa followed up and we were able to negotiate what we felt was a competitive price and agreed on the purchase. All other parts of the process were excellent. More
