Our experience with Falmouth Toyota and Ken Collings was great. I fully expected to have to play all of the usual games when bargaining for our used Highlander, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that great. We made one offer and Ken came back with a number just a little over ours. He even threw in new floor mats at our request. From having researched prices for several months, I believe the price we paid was very competitive. Ken was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The car was presented to us in excellent condition, very clean with some of the minor dings touched up. We drove all the way up from Rhode Island, but it was well worth the trip. I would highly recommend Falmouth Toyota and Ken Collings. More

Upon talking with Jared Neves during a servicing visit- he was able to suggest a model and sales rep( Ken Collings)to speak with to make my search/life easier. It's that type caring and concern that makes Falmouth Toyota #1 in my life. Not only was Ken Collings helpful in finding the a vehicle- a 2010 Rav4- but he listened to my needs of what I was looking for in an SUV, without being "a pushy sales rep". Ken went beyond what normal sales rep do,by being available to my time schedule- a "big plus" in this busy world. My wife & I were not sure which particular vehicle that we wished to acquire as we were attempting to replace my 1998 GMC Yukon SLT 4x4 automatic. After 133,000 miles & a number of age related issues, that we wished to acquire as we were attempting to replace my 1998 GMC Yukon SLT 4x4 automatic. After 133,000 miles & a number of age related issues, it was time to move forward. I was holding out for a big "SUV" or double cab-type full size pick up truck.After my wife researched a number of nearby Dealerships, we elected to visit their lots after closing. We visited local factory authorized Dealerships selling new & certified Used GMC SUV-Trucks, Dodge Ram trucks and Toyota. My sticker reaction to a Yukon SLT replacement was startling & disappointing. A $ 45,165. offer from Marty's GMC (This Dealership & Mr. Morrissey were great to me personally) in Kingston, MA was my lowest & best to replace my 1998 Yukon as a very close match. My wife thought that we should check out Falmouth Toyota as she had heard very good things about this Dealership from two coworkers who acquired vehicles there in the recent past. We visited during regular business hours & were fortunate enough to be served by Mr. Ken Collings, Falmouth Toyota. My wife was intent on "putting" me in a 2012 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Double Cab automatic. I was still in the "too small" mode. We test drove a 2012 Toyota Tundra Double Cab 4x4 automatic and during the test drive it was evident that this vehicle was "too large" for my wife to manage. We test drove a beautiful 2012 Tacoma TRD package double cab & we both were more than impressed & headed in that acquisition direction. As an afterthought, I inquired about a Highlander & we test drove an "SE" model. I knew that I was "in trouble" as I truly was impressed and its "bells & whistles, ride & handling".It made me recall memories of my young Yukon (& my 11 years younger acquisition). After our day with Ken, we agreed to return with my Yukon on the following day & assess its "TRADE value". We left for our return trip home, not sure what we wanted. The next day, prior to our arrival, I e mailed Ken Collings & requested a few cost options to review upon our arrival & eliminated the Tundra from consideration. Upon our arrival, Ken had a 2012 Highlander Limited (I requested to view the top-of-the-line model in wife's pre-selected exterior color) and a Tacoma on the lot (not equipped as we desired, but close.) We test drove each. My heart & mind was made up. It was now down to the very best, cost appropriate deal. After reviewing the "numbers" on the desired Tacoma package versus the Highlander Limited, we were still in flux. This is where & why my wife & I came to appreciate a "gentleman & professional" adviser, not salesperson. Ken took the time to price out the various vehicles to be ordered from Toyota as well as the on the lot models at his disposal. Additionally, as people who had always purchased our vehicles over our lifetimes, Ken explained the potential advantage of leasing. He was extremely detailed, thorough, forthright and professional. You would have thought that he was your personal financial planner. Suffice to say, our garage now houses a beautiful 2012 Shoreline Blue Pearl with Ebony Leather interior, automatic Toyota Highlander Limited with Touch Screen Navigation & Rear Camera (large dash mounted touch screen providing both functionality & super ease of use). If you are in the market to Lease/Acquire a Toyota product, you would do your pysche and your wallet a huge favor by calling upon Falmouth Toyota and Mr. Ken Collings. He is not only an asset to Falmouth Toyota but to any soul interested in being respectfully & fairly treated. My wife & I truly appreciated and valued his competence. Seeing the vehicle of an evening and driving home with it the following morning was an unexpected and somewhat astounding experience! Falmouth Toyota has a fan for life...and will be recommended by me at every opportunity. Ken transformed what has always been an unpleasant experience for me into quite the opposite...I cannot say enough about how pleasant and uncomplicated he made our transaction. Nothing in life is perfect...after taking apart the trunk in search of the wheel lock key...in vain...I will have to make arrangements to return and have standard lug nuts installed. It was wonderful working with Falmouth Toyota and Ken Collins. My daughter had her 9 month old daughter with us when looking for a used truck.
