Great experience buying our new Toyota RAV4 from Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney. We lucked out with Lex Woodward the salesman, he kept us up to date as we had to wait for the model we wanted to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised how he made the car buying process easy and not stressful. I have already recommended him to a cousin that is looking into purchasing a new car in the next coming months. The Finance Manager Ken Clark also did not try to push me into purchasing things I didn't want. He answered all of our questions without hesitation and provided us with a better interest rate than we initially got pre-approved for. He was professional, straight forward, and pleasant to talk to. I will definitely be advertising this dealership to all my friends and family! More
