I first inquired about a particular used car online and it was a pretty quick response time. I was able to get an appointment immediately. We were greeted by Chase and he was friendly and easy to work with it was a pretty quick response time. I was able to get an appointment immediately. We were greeted by Chase and he was friendly and easy to work with and no pressure. The financing process was a little more rushed because they were getting busier, but it was easy and we got a very good rate compared with the current market. The registration process seemed very slow compared with past experiences, but it’s probably out of their control and we were out of state. We’re very happy with the car so far, but I was disappointed that it only came with one key fob, which are very expensive. I should have asked first. More
