I just bought a new car from Palmetto Ford and could not be happier with my experience. It started out not great due to Ford itself not delivering cars quickly but that is not Palmetto's fault at all, they be happier with my experience. The salesman I worked with Kelvin was amazing and super easy to work with. He knew what time I was arriving and was waiting at the door to greet me and then got me out of there as fast as possible. The car was fully fueled up, freshly washed, and waiting for me in the front. The manager then explained all of the features to me before I left. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car and will be going back when the time comes for me to get another vehicle. More

He was able to get me a great deal, 0% financing for 84 months on a new Ford Ranger XLT 2019 Sport package. He noticed there were some small scratches (scratches I would have never seen if not pointed out to me) in the bed of the truck and was able to set up a complimentary Line-X bed liner spray. Through the process of purchasing a new truck, I came across many not so reputable or willing to negotiate dealers, and my experience with Palmetto Ford has solidified my choice and confidence in the truck I have bought. My experience here started off very well. I wanted to spend my hard earned money with this dealership since I am from the low country area and believe in giving business to local business owners such as Palmetto Ford (Mr.Eubank). The (Sales Manager) Tom really changed the whole experience and attitude towards buying the vehicle and made it feel as if i could not AFFORD the vehicle and kept throwing a ridiculous figure in my face which in turn gave a bad impression to the Vice President (Bruce) who was very nice and professional to me as well until Tom told him otherwise. Who in return has lost not just a sale on a higher ticketed item which I was willing to work with it if they just showed some more fight and less unprofessional business etiquette(I guess this does not exist anymore) for my business when spending over 50k+ for a vehicle but they also lost a local long term friendship. I walked out of there with a brand new EcoSport with the exact options I wanted, even down to the color. The rate they achieved with my credit and some negative equity on the trade is one reserved only for “well-qualified buyers.” Kelvin was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. This is my first new vehicle purchase from them, and certainly won’t be the last. More

Didn't have what I wanted but found it for me! I researched two types of trucks told the sales representative what I was looking for and what I wanted to test drive. Had both types of truck readily on hand and had a good test drive and explanation of everything available on both trucks. The dealer did not have an F250 like I wanted but Kalvin located two in SC and we read the options both offered. I bought the truck on Monday and picked it up on Thursday. It was satisfying experience all around. Also I talked the Dan about the internet page. When I was researching the the types o trucks, the engine size on the top of the page did not match the description of the same engine further down on the page. Dan said that they were looking into why this happened. My other concern was if the description of the engin was incorrect what else was incorrect about the truck. More
