Went in for an oil change and to have brakes fixed and sat for hours. Got my car back and noticed oil life has not been reset no sticker on windshield saying next change due by and my brakes was still gri sat for hours. Got my car back and noticed oil life has not been reset no sticker on windshield saying next change due by and my brakes was still grinding. I called and spoke to a manager and asked if they touched my car at all cuz its the same as when i brought it in and he said yeah he just forgot to reset the oil life im like ok then whys my brakes still grinding if it was supposedly fixed? I checked my oil myself and it was very dark. They did absolutely NOTHING . Update after speaking to someone again about this situation they checked on what actually happened and it appears to have been a misunderstanding in the work order. The issue has been adressed and resolved. Appreciate the time and immediate response I received back regarding this. More
