Chapman Ford is the very best which is why I continue to buy my vehicles from them. Efficient, fair, helpful, great prices, and it doesn’t end after the purchase is complete. Placed an order for a Bronco Sport back in late Feb. Had to wait a long time for its arrival, Aug. 4th. At no fault of Chapman's though, and actually they may have helped speed it up from some of the Bronco to wait a long time for its arrival, Aug. 4th. At no fault of Chapman's though, and actually they may have helped speed it up from some of the Bronco Sport Blogs from other customers I read. During the wait though, our sales person Kelly kept me informed of the build status and even let us know if something close to my order came in to see if I was interested instead of waiting. When the car arrived, Kelly and a co-worker, Aimee were great in having the car ready, paperwork ready and a quick turn around to get us back on the road. They were very pleasant to work with. I am very appreciative of Kelly, Aimee and Chapman's honesty and customer service they gave me. Everything offered and worked out at the time of the order was still in place and accurate when the car arrived and we sat down to finish the sale contract. Great dealership, I highly recommend. MY NEW TO ME 2017 FORD EXPLORER SPORT I started this journey with Jamie Palmisano (Internet Director for Chapman Ford) She was very pleasant and got the ball running for me. From there I w I started this journey with Jamie Palmisano (Internet Director for Chapman Ford) She was very pleasant and got the ball running for me. From there I worked with Kelly Cooper. What a fantastic person she is. She was able to make the transaction so easy. We worked the whole deal over the phone and when I showed up at the dealership all I had to so was test drive my new Explorer have my Charger appraised and sign the paperwork. I was in and out of the dealership in about 1 hour. Who has ever heard of going to a dealership and buying a car in 1 hour. Never in my lifetime. I would recommend Kelly to all if you are looking for a New or Used car at Chapman Ford. Thanks Kelly and Jaimie for everything. Tom More

Kelly was awesome! We had a great experience purchasing our 4Runner from Chapman Ford! We flew in from Anchorage with 3 pets and lots of luggage and our sales rep Kelly We had a great experience purchasing our 4Runner from Chapman Ford! We flew in from Anchorage with 3 pets and lots of luggage and our sales rep Kelly picked us up and took us to our hotel so we could get our animals settled before going to the dealership! She was so patient and friendly which we really appreciated after a long day of travel! The purchase was easy and quick, everyone was super friendly and no one was pushy! Buying a 2018 Mustang GT I had been searching for a used Mustang GT for months up North in Flagstaff and Prescott to no avail. They pretty much told me that they sell trucks and suvs and did not have a market for Mustangs. I finally called Chapman Ford and spoke with Kelly and not only did they have one in stock but emailed me pictures and details about it. Kelly was very nice and told me I could come down anytime I wanted to look at and drive the car. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the car and knew things about it that only an car nut would know. She was very low pressure and we made a deal fairly quickly. It was a great buying experience and I would recommend Chapman Ford to anyone. Kelly has even called me a few times after the purchase to make sure I still love the car which I do! More
