Kelly rules over the domain of online sales like a mother bear to her Cubs. If you want to brighten your day, pop in on him and the lovely ladies of online sales to chop it up for a bit. Kelly is the youngest of 7 siblings, but still has the spirit of a leader so he has coached basketball for over 25 years. In his spare time, find him at a golf course playing skins or a back-room poker table flopping cards. His motto in life is PALPS, Positive Attitude Leads to Positive Situations. It has brought him a long way considering at 5 years old he wanted to be a singing salesman (you read that right). Although singing is not part of his job, if you ask, he might start singing before the sentence leaves your mouth.

My car broke down on the way from Florida to go visit my family. So when I get here I need a new car and Bob Hook Chevy hooked me up. They didn't have the color I wanted but they found one and brought it to family. So when I get here I need a new car and Bob Hook Chevy hooked me up. I’m very happy with my 2023 Chevy Trailblazer purchase. I'm from out of state and the folks at Bob Hook Chevy were super easy to deal with. I primarily communicated with Kelly and Tyler over text messages which was very convenient for me. They were very qui were super easy to deal with. I primarily communicated with Kelly and Tyler over text messages which was very convenient for me. They were very quick to respond and gave me confidence they had experience dealing with an out of state sale and the complications that go with that. I decided to fly into Louisville on a Saturday morning to pickup the car and then drive it home. Unfortunately, due to inclement weather, I was unable to arrive prior to the dealership closing for the day. Since they're normally closed on Sunday, this meant I would need to stay in town until Monday morning to pickup the car. This is where the team went ABOVE AND BEYOND. First Cecelia called me at the airport to finalize financing. Then Kelly and Greg arranged to meet me at the dealership on Sunday, their day off, to finish the deal. The paperwork was ready and just needed signatures and I was on my way home in no time. They really stepped up to turn around an unfortunate situation. Thanks to everyone at Bob Hook that helped make it happen! More
