In July, I found the exact vehicle I wanted within my budget at a dealership that seemed reliable. My dealer was Ashley, whom did a great job selling me the vehicle and getting a fair grade in. Unfortunately, there was pretty bad exterior damage to the car and it was written on contract to have the dealership take care of one of the doors that received the most damage while on their lot (which was later disclosed to me). I figured they would use the body shop attached to the name of the dealership but they picked some random body shop that isn’t listed to the public. When the body shop was done with the work, they left the car at the dealership for around a week and while I called the dealership and asked them where it was at, they told me they didn’t know where the vehicle was at. I finally drove up there on my day off and the vehicle was sitting in customer parking where anyone and everyone could touch it after a fresh paint job. I got a new door which I’m thankful for, but the work done on the door is far from decent. I can live with a terrible paint job, but to have the door placed on the car correctly is pretty important. I reached out to the body shop, even drove it up there to have them look at it and it’s an easy fix I was told. Never got ahold of me, after a month of trying to get ahold of the body shop owner, I reached out to Ashley. Ashley is out of work and hasn’t been able to help me much on this deal since July. It’s October, I paid $5,000+ above what the market value of the car really is to drive something that has water leaking into the cabin, incomplete seals, paint runs and chipping off from multiple areas of the vehicle. I even paid to have body work done on top of what the dealership paid because of the condition of the car and non-matching replacement parts. Thankfully the car is clean otherwise. I’d have a little more buyer’s remorse on this purchase. I just wish I could have paid more to have the work done correctly the first time. More
Let me tell you, I don't think I could ever shop at another dealership, EVER! My sales person was Mitch Reeves. Our deal was probably was the toughest deal he's ever had. So many different needs, and he was always right there. Then there was the Manager Sam who was always on the ball helping to figure things out. Then there was the service department (most specifically Ace) going above and beyond to make everything right with the truck we bought. I won't go into every facet of our experience, but I can tell you they've earned my business for a lifetime. I'm even sending my father to the Max to get his new truck because I trust this dealership so much. Thank you all who helped make this deal happen. More

I regret my purchase everyday since. * Promised a gift card for dinner - never received * Picked the vehicle we did because we were told it qualified for a finance special - no interest - only to get to finance to find out it never qualified so had to go traditional financing * Told my "VIP" membership allowed me to get car washes anytime - was untrue * Our salesman was brand new to selling cars. He had zero help from the higher-ups and promised us many false things (car wash, finance deal, etc) * I've called multiple times to try to schedule daughter's car for repair work, left messages each time- never got a call back * Ordered and paid cash for a paint repair kit, never received and they don't show that I ordered it. I handed cash to a guy in service and he said he'd call when it arrived. No receipt requested on my end - my bad, my lesson * Took car in for oil change and to report a very LOUD and terrifying "sonar-like" sound that happens at random times. Whatever was done to my car at Max that day caused all safety features to not work. Was told they'd order a part and get it repaired - that was 4 weeks ago. Haven't heard from them since. And can't reach anyone by phone * Since they did whatever they did to my car, I cannot get my remote start to work and it is difficult to reach anyone to help me Max Autosports is a complete scam. They beg their customers to leave them stellar reviews, only to provide absolutely terrible customer service. I wish I never bought from them and will never again. More
Worst car experience I've ever had and it's still happening almost a yr later. I was so excited to buy a new car I'd worked so hard to get my credit score up to purchase something reliable and that happening almost a yr later. I saw a car in their advertisement for the lifetime warranty and even msgd them to If the car for 13995 they had was still available and if i could come take a look they msgd back yes it was available and to come in. I was naive and I knew nothing about buying a car so I fell for everything they said....I was an idiot. They just kept telling me lie after lie. Then once were into signing paperwork i was told that this car wasnt the dame one advertised and it wSnt part of that and this one was lil more cuz of featured. Lie was later told that was the only one of that brand they even had then was told that the car website i saw it on was wrong and they dont check prices they just put what they want to put...(looked at so many cars from same web site and this was never the case) another lie was one i feel completely stupid for not seeing was my trade in ....they said they would take my trade in and payoff what i owed and more but what i didnt realize til later is they paid it off but just added it to the price of the new car. The 2nd day I had it I had to have it towed back to them cuz it broke down in the middle of the street then couple days later they were suppose to deliver it back to me when I got off work where I waited Outside sitting on the sidewalk for 3 and a 1/2 hours In the raging summer heat after closing Just so I could get it back for one day and take it back to them the next day cause it wasn't fixed the driver that drove it back to me even pointed out the noise it was making and said he didnt feel comfortable giving the car back to me so the other gentleman who followed in seperate car drove it to see what was happening which he agreed and right away got on the phone to make arrangementsto bring car back in and look at different one cuz i expressed how i didnt feel safe in the car . I was so relieved and was so greatful someone was finally listening and i wont have to drive in the death trap again but again they put it back in shop for I tried taking it back to them twice Both times I was cryingSaying I did not feel safe in itBut they didn't do anything except say well you signed papers. They promised me so much and delivered 0 in fact they screwed me so many ways on the papers and lied I've never met salesman so slimey in my entire life. Sam and Kelly who couldn't even remember who I was When I would call the following Day which I called and wrote emails and they just kept avoiding or said theyd look into it and get back to me but no one ever called back?!These two should be ashamed of how they scam people and omg the way kelly talked was so fake and almost felt insulting in a baby talk kinda way. These people sold me a lemon and had no problem doing soMore but it I have to get to work because I have a huge auto bill to pay 4 plus a huge car payment . I just don't want anybody else to have the same experience because this is ruined to me I thought I would be buying my 1st home now but instead my credit cards are maxed out from Constantly having to get my car fixed All these guys care about is selling a car they don't care about the customers they sold me a lemon and I tried to take it back twice and was turned away So now I'm in a car I hate, I feel unsafe in, and I will be paying for for many yrs to come. It has been in the shop so many times and has completely ruined me finacially. every single day when I drive to work 45 minutes one way i wonder if im gona make it. I worked so hard for so long just to be ruined in 1 day. I know i shouldnt have been so naive and just plain stupid but i really don't know how they sleep at night they don't care about their customers like they advertise all they care about is getting that sale no matter the cost. I will continue to spread my experiences with them to anyone and everyone I can cuz what they have done to me is soooo incredibly wrong and they just don't care! More
If I could rate them zero stars, I would. Worst car buying experience ever. Took my youngest son there to buy his first car and it was a horrible experience. The wait time was way too long and there were promises made that weren’t kept. It’s been six weeks and we are still dealing with trying to get my sons license plates. I’ve never experienced such a difficult process in my life and keep telling my son this isn’t how it’s suppose to be. We just had to pay out another $300 to get his license plates and on top of that he can’t get another temp plate because only two are allowed in a 12 month period. His temp plate expires today and it’ll take 2 weeks more to get his actual plates. This is all on Max Autosports. We’ve done our due diligence to try and get this taken care of but because of a “computer problem” or whatever the excuse of the day my son would get when he called, we are now 6 weeks out from buying his car and it’s still not resolved. I feel bad for my son because he should be enjoying his car but instead he has to spend his days off at the DMV trying to figure this out. This should not be like this. It’s infuriating. More
