I brought my new car in for an UNEXPECTED service, it needed to be there longer than I expected, so I was given a loaner. Kellen Vrlik handled it and when I got into the loaner the radio was tuned in to needed to be there longer than I expected, so I was given a loaner. Kellen Vrlik handled it and when I got into the loaner the radio was tuned in to my favorite XM Channel, now that’s what I call SERVICE!! He then brought my car to my home and took back the loaner.
