We were at Casey BMW on 3/7/2020. We were assisted by a sales rep who goes by the name of “TAP”. He was very helpful and during our experience we learned he was relatively new on the job and we were potent sales rep who goes by the name of “TAP”. He was very helpful and during our experience we learned he was relatively new on the job and we were potentially his first sale. In our time with TAP, we learned he was 18 years old. Honestly, I believe that working at a place such as BMW can prove intimidating for someone of his age, but he was professional, thorough and when he didn’t know something, he found the answer. He was assisted by Kellen Poto and Kellen was just as great to work with. He was professional, he guided TAP through every step, took him under his wing and they both provided and amazing service to us. We did in face make a purchase that day and we’re proud to be his first sale. I have every intention of being a continued customer of Casey BMW and I hope Kellen and TAP will be available in the future to assist us. I will definitely be referring anyone interested to them. Kellen was very patient with me as I was unsure of what I really was looking for. He even reached out later when he found a vehicle that had all the items I wanted.
