Let’s start with the pros. Not sure where to begin other than this was now the 2nd BMW dealer I interacted with before feeling comfortable with proceeding. One thing that will always stick w/me about this d than this was now the 2nd BMW dealer I interacted with before feeling comfortable with proceeding. One thing that will always stick w/me about this dude is his mild mannered confidence. Kellan wasn’t pushy and didn’t treat me like I was shopping for the best rate or not serious. I can’t recall in the past having such a pleasant experience at a dealer. Oh and might I add this initiated over the phone. All I had to do is drop off the old, light paperwork and pick up my new car! The time spent at the dealer was longer than expected but doable. May the Lord continue to bless you more and more! Thank you for time and representing Casey BMW well. I will be back for another purchase. More
