His patience in answering and re-answering our questions was also greatly appreciated. Finally, his willingness to provide a fair deal ultimately led us to buy from Casey BMW and him in particular. Very few local BMW dealers to work with, but that's OK because Casey BMW is a first class operation all around. Ongoing construction limited space for inventory, but they had work arounds where off-site inventory could be accessed quickly and any vehicle you were interested in could be made available to you. Highly recommend Casey BMW. Emery Draughn (BMW Genius) was also outstanding. His patience was exceeded only by his ability to easily explain the electronic systems we were dealing with. It wasn't an easy job with us, but he was able to pull it off. His help before and after the sale was critical to our being able to enjoy the new vehicle. More

I have been driving only BMWs since 1973 and cared by Casey since 1985 when I moved to Hampton Roads. BMW did me right for me again. ...And Kellen pulled a rabbit out of a hat for me!!! I was convin Casey since 1985 when I moved to Hampton Roads. BMW did me right for me again. ...And Kellen pulled a rabbit out of a hat for me!!! I was convinced to not get another M240i by my daughter and to get an EV. My wife (the boss) and I liked the i4 in the tanzanite blue metallic, but it was not available...not too excited about the other colors but conceded to get one of the grey/silver ones (nowhere near as cool as Glacier Silver Metallic on my m240i) With not alot of enthusiasm, when I went to buy the car, Kellen said something like "I think I've got you something", then pulled into the lot with a Tanzanite Blue i4 M50. I was SOLD! He got me the color i4 I wanted and that it was an M50 was an added touch that took it over the top! I gave him an '11' I was ready to buy the car outright (as I have bought all my previous BMWs) but Casey recommended leasing (which I had never done before). When I looked at the rate of depreciation of EVs and the rapid advances in their technology, I decided it was a good idea. I threw some money down and am paying less than $600/month for a $78,000car. I think BMW has, as always, had my best interests in mind, and I most strongly recommend them for your BMW adventure!!! More
