This was the first time going to BMW of Darien. I purchased my car in Bridgeport and typically would go there, but decided to try Darien and they were amazing! Car service was performed well and included an undercarriage video in which the mechanic gave a detailed review of the condition of my car and showed the work that was to be done. Most telling, my wife brought me to the dealership so I could pick up my BMW. While there, she noticed she had a total flat tire on her car. Despite the fact that the dealership was closing, 2 dealer employees volunteered to swap out the blown-out tire with our spare at no charge so we could be on our way on a cold night. Bravo! More
