Everyone was friendly and courteous. The wait was not unreasonable and they even washed my car for me. Only problem I had was that my husband came with me for the service on my Cadillac and ended up buyi unreasonable and they even washed my car for me. I decided to travel to the dealership for an oil change in hopes to have a conversation about upcoming service recommendations for the 50,000 mile m I decided to travel to the dealership for an oil change in hopes to have a conversation about upcoming service recommendations for the 50,000 mile mark I would hit this summer and also get some quotes for some new tire options to do this summer also. It didn’t go as I had hoped it would as the interaction at check in seemed a bit rushed or scripted so I didn’t really get any service recommendations/quotes and I didn’t even bring up the tire quote at that point. But the service was quick and I got the things done that I originally asked for. On the way back home I noticed that I had a check engine light was on. I was too far away to turn around. Luckily I had recently purchased a code reader and got to try it out for the first time. I was able to reset the code and the engine light went away. It didn’t give me the greatest feeling of quality of work, but I know sometimes things happen. Overall, though, I felt like I could have just gotten this service done at an oil change shop in my hometown since I didn’t quite get all the info I had hoped to this trip. But everything checked out fine from the multi point inspection and they washed the car for me so it wasn’t a total loss. More
