After last service when I requested tier rotation my tire pressure system sensor was faulty. Before the service I haven't had any dashboard lights, after service i use this light, but I was told the tire pressure system sensor was faulty. Before the service I haven't had any dashboard lights, after service i use this light, but I was told they couldn't do nothing to damage sensor and if I want to fix it I have to pay $400 More

I was seating there for 3 and a half hours to complete a task that only took 30. And every single car being worked on was going to be there overnight so my car should have gotten priority. During a routine oil change I received a video from the mechanic suggested I get a tuneup. I thought that it was cool to get a look from the mechanic perspective. I was expecting the representative to talk mechanic suggested I get a tuneup. I thought that it was cool to get a look from the mechanic perspective. I was expecting the representative to talk to me about it but he didn’t, I got a text that my jeep was ready which was a first for me, previously the representative would take the time and walk over to let me know my vehicle was ready knowing I’ve been waiting there for over an hour and half. Long story short I still need to talk to representatives but I am thinking of getting it done elsewhere. More

I went there to replace a purge valve and then they messed up my motor mount so that I will have to come back and spend more money. Then they ordered the wrong mount. Refusing to give me a courtesy veh messed up my motor mount so that I will have to come back and spend more money. Then they ordered the wrong mount. Refusing to give me a courtesy vehicle or a rental vehicle, forcing me to drive a vehicle with a bad engine mount after I just gave them $25,000 for the vehicle a year ago. the car is only three years old but it shouldn’t even be having any problems.
