Not only did they do a terrific job cleaning, polishing and waxing the vehicle but after I made the appointment I received (2) confirmations of the time and date; after dropping off the vehicle, I received a text asking if while we were waiting was there anything else they could do to make the wait more pleasant then, the shuttle brought my husband to work. EVERYTIME we have any dealings with Cortese, it just reaffirms that we chose the BEST dealership in the area to purchase and service our vehicles. We keep bringing our Fords back to the dealership for service even off of warranty, because we trust Keith and the team to do what is needed, and not run up a bill on "might need to be done" things. In fact, I had spoken to Keith about bringing my CTS V to Cortese Ford since I had purchased it out of town, but discovered it would have voided the warranty. More
