No salesman tricks, no agenda, just good old fair play and getting a good deal for both sides. Julian never backtracked, never tried to change what we agreed on and always made sure we feel welcomed. Julian was our ambassador at the dealership and took care of what we needed. In conjunction with manager of trade in (Elias) and manager of new cars (Kieth), Julian made sure we get a great deal and feel like buyers of high-end cars should. In short, stop your search. Go to Julian, ask him to do what he can for you and you will be treated like you want to be. I was at another dealership, not even close (unless you want to pay more and be greated by a guy in a suit with a less than genuine smile, in which case look elsewhere-with Julian and his team, you get an honest young guy that will get your deal done with a smile and which will be there for you for your next car. More

Buyer beware I purchased a GLE 43 2018 I bought the vehicle and traded in my 2016 truck at a fair value I was overalls pleased but I came on my lunch to finalize I purchased a GLE 43 2018 I bought the vehicle and traded in my 2016 truck at a fair value I was overalls pleased but I came on my lunch to finalize the deal to realize they needed 1000 down we spoke and got to 500$ and final 250$ things that were important to me in the deal was the question my sales man ask me James went to jay the sales manager and we had a deal gap , maintenance and wheel and tire , but found out though a rare event when I got a nail in my tire . I did not have the plan and it had been removed at some point. Now since the papers are signed and deal is done no one recalls anything about this including my salesman , no surprise I’m use to that part I was in the marines so I should know better then to trust a mans word now days . The solution to the problem from my sales man was just patch tire and don’t bother coming in. The dealership presented me a great competitive offer to resolve things and then when outlined in the event , dealership now sales offer from sales gm and gm are not conjoined, sounds like my sales experience all over again now with upper management see the attached pics of the offer now changed just like the first original terms . Keith and Jim are on different pages.I will not return to silver spring and will not use them for anything in future and I’m excited for my mom who just got and Audi due to the issue I experienced and think I will take my trade in future there also.
