Total Customer Happiness TCH, apparently they all believe in it! From the first phone call with Ann who valued our time. Then Keith who was honest, friendly and straight for TCH, apparently they all believe in it! From the first phone call with Ann who valued our time. Then Keith who was honest, friendly and straight forward with us and did the legwork for the deal. Joe who made sure we closed the deal and that it was entertaining! Robert who simply visited with us on a personal level and made us feel at home. The young guy who was back and forth doing his thing - filling the tank with gas etc. And then Hiram with his part with CYA and payments-keeping it light! We drove 3 hours and 26 minutes to Montclair Acura but it was well worth it! The best car buying experience we have ever had! Many of them stayed after closing time on a Saturday evening.
