This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle (and I hate buying them). Built F150 on Ford website, searched for vehicles and this one popped up. Called Sarchione Ford and talked toKeith to make sure vehicle still available and went down the next day. Truck was already cleaned and sitting by the door. Keith showed me all the features and was especially good at knowing what was needed to get certain towing capacity I wanted. Took it for a spin and bought it. During closing he even found a just released 2k rebate I did not know I could get, talk about customer service and honesty. Had to finance part of the cost to get some of other rebates (odd but not dealer's fault) and even that went amazingly well despite trouble and delay unlocking freeze on our credit score. Also, absolutely no high pressure pitch to sell extended warranties and the like. They showed me what was available, I said I didn't want them and that was that. This is a well earned 5/5 score. Will definitely recommend and buy from again. (Although being in my 60's with this well built truck... I guess I shouldn't think any more about this...) Excellent job guys! More

Bought a used Ford Super Duty sight unseen from 750 miles away. Salesman was very easy to deal with over the phone and via text. When we closed the deal they made sure I had a shuttle from the airport to the away. Salesman was very easy to deal with over the phone and via text. When we closed the deal they made sure I had a shuttle from the airport to the dealer, that all the paperwork was lined up and that truck was ready for the 750 mile drive back.
