Rude, did not even call warranty first. Worst customer service. Saying “your warranty probably will not cover it.” I Asked them to call warranty and was asked if they should order the part Worst customer service. I get a call back stating “I guess warranty is covering.” Rude and unprofessional and disrespectful. I was told at first they would not look into my vehicle until 12/21 and it was 11/25. I said they gave me a rent and was rudely told “I’m surprised they gave you a rental.” I have had nothing but issues since I bought my car brand new from them. I would not buy from them again. More
