I inquired online about a 2021 Cadillac XT5 and got a response from Lynn Osborn at Spitzer Acura in Canonsburg Pa. She informed me that the vehicle was currently at auction but she would call me upon co response from Lynn Osborn at Spitzer Acura in Canonsburg Pa. She called and invited me to come and look at the Caddy, I did and decided to purchase so I put down a deposit. Even though the next day was her day off, she showed up to make sure I was taken care of. I liked that, it’s people like her that earn my business every time. She has even followed up days later to make sure I’m satisfied. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my 70 years and my dealings with Lynn is definitely one of my favorite experiences. More
