This is the second time I have been in for service on my

The first time I requested to be called when a certain car came in by a salesman to no avail. Today I even voiced my concern to the General Manager with whom wouldn’t even give me his name and when I told him of my disappointment, and I would be going elsewhere from here on out, he said it will probably happen there as well. As I bid him farewell, as it is only a number game to them, I told him I am glad that they lost my sale and are down that number on the 25th day of the month as it may be a sale that matters greatly.

After our conversation I did some investigating with the employees that were here that day. The salespeople all thought that someone had asked you if you needed help and unfortunately we missed you that day. As I expressed on the phone I apologize that your experience was less than expected. Our policy is to give our customers in service some space because we want them to feel comfortable and not pressured when they come in to visit us for service and sales. Typically we say hello, ask them if they need help with anything at all and if we happen to miss them, most will come to the front desk and we always get someone to help them. We will strive to improve in the future.
