Upon setting up a test drive with very little notice from me, he took the time to answer technical questions concerning the newer safety features that I wasn't accustomed to. He clearly understood I was old school and not newer car electronic savy. He walked me thru all the features with ease. The new paperless purchasing process was also smooth and fast. I was able to complete the purchasing process in less than a hour without the pushyness of dealership add ons. I've always been pleased with New Motors from accompanying my mom when she bought her first Subaru through just purchasing my third Subaru. My sales people have all been great, and most recently accompanying my mom when she bought her first Subaru through just purchasing my third Subaru. My sales people have all been great, and most recently Keith assisted both my husband and I in our purchases. He made the process seemless, and really worked with us with our trade-ins. One of the things I like the most with New Motors is that every time you enter their doors, you see the same faces. There isn't a lot of turnover in staffing from sales to finances to service.
