Avoid, avoid, avoid. They neglected to do an required update that voided my warrantee. When the engine literally exploded because of update related issue they refused to They neglected to do an required update that voided my warrantee. When the engine literally exploded because of update related issue they refused to take responsibility for it despite the fact that it was serviced by them twice the same year the recall was issued. I was shocked and disappointed by their unwillingness to take responsibility for their oversight. They didn't dispute that they had seen the car or that they neglected to do the update. They just weren't willing to take responsibility for replacing the engine, which would have been covered under warrantee had the recall been done. That car was the most important asset I had and was bought for me by my dad who passed two years. It felt personal and was very painful when they stonewalling me at every step and then after I was finally able to establish that they were at fault, they literally said they could do it, probably should do it, but weren't going to fix my car or do anything to make me whole. More

While trying to update my Hyundai maps, something went wrong and my screen was stuck in a constant loop. I tried so many different things to fix it but it wouldn’t reset so I took it in to the dealership. wrong and my screen was stuck in a constant loop. I was worried that it was going to need to be replaced but both Trevine and Keith helped to solve the issue! They were honest the whole time and only charged me for a half hour of labor out of kindness for all me efforts to fix it myself. I was really impressed by their customer service and ability to fix my screen! More

A big shout out and thank you to Seattle Hyundai and specifically to Keith and Kevin for their excellent and attentive service two times in the last three weeks. Seattle Hyundai has grown quite a bit si specifically to Keith and Kevin for their excellent and attentive service two times in the last three weeks. Seattle Hyundai has grown quite a bit since I bought my car in 2012 and their service department has grown and become stronger. Not surprisingly I never heard back from “Derek” at Hyundai when I posted the bad review. I made a device appointment and they kept my car for two days and still couldn’t figure out the issue because t Hyundai when I posted the bad review. I made a device appointment and they kept my car for two days and still couldn’t figure out the issue because they couldn’t recreate the 12v dying. After 2 weeks, the 12v again died, so I had my car towed to Hyundai yesterday and they can’t even diagnose it until later this week because they’re busy and I didn’t have a service appointment 🤦🏻♀️ wretched place. Stay away from them!!!!! More

It was 7:45 Monday morning, so I expected to be greeted by a grumpy sleepy service dept guy, but instead: Keith Fernando, service guy extraordinaire. Why extraordinaire? First, Monday morning. He was so ni by a grumpy sleepy service dept guy, but instead: Keith Fernando, service guy extraordinaire. Why extraordinaire? First, Monday morning. He was so nice! and so efficient! and so NOT monday morning! Second: he explained what they were going to do and why and I realize he was probably supposed to do that, but he was so pleasant about it, it really was great. And third: he called like he said he would and let me know when it was ready--may seem like a normal thing but in my experience it is not all that standard, so I appreciated it. Everyone there was in a seemingly good mood--so helpful on a Monday morning. More
