This was my 3rd Lexus to purchase, and despite the 8 month wait, (due to the "chip" issues and delays) it arrived and is amazing. This was impossible with any other dealership. Probably most importantly, Keith is a remarkably informed marketing expert with an incredible level of patience. We’ve walked away from a good number of dealerships over the last few weeks, very difficult weeks to buy almost anything due to supply chain issues and other challenges.
