It is easy to say good things during the new car "honeymoon" period. I am here now to give this dealer ship and especially its service department the highest marks in Support and Service. My Mazda is still a marvelous ride to now, the 92K mile mark, and even though this past week, what would have been the gravest of problems, this Service department has kept me on the road and exceeded my expectations at every turn. Above and Beyond I took my car in for the first oil change and car wash. Todd greeted me at the door by name which was a surprise since we had never met, however, he w I took my car in for the first oil change and car wash. The above and beyond came when there was a situation with the car wash and the condition the car was left in. Fraudulent Do not be fooled by the 5 star ratings, they are fake reviews obviously just to make the business look legit. These guys sabotaged my car! And this one guy Neil insulted me over the phone when I complained about it. The only polite employee there is Cynthia, the receptionist is terribly rude! They take your car to their repair workshop and switch up your good parts with bad parts. I only went in there for an oil change and my car was returned to me different. I drove there in a good drivable car, and drove out in a hoopty. The issue is still unresolved, they ruined my vehicle! Beware of these guys. I would give them a zero star if I could. More
