Car was towed in for a transmission related issue and was diagnosed and fixed with a couple of days. Was really happy with the time is took to fix. Only thing is to get updates I had to reach out to the serv diagnosed and fixed with a couple of days. Was really happy with the time is took to fix. Only thing is to get updates I had to reach out to the service person through text which wouldn’t get answered for a couple hours sometimes and also never returned phone calls. Wish there was a better communication policy that they followed. More

My experience with this business was very disappointing. There was a complete lack of communication throughout the process. I constantly had to reach out to the agent for updates, only to receive no real an There was a complete lack of communication throughout the process. I constantly had to reach out to the agent for updates, only to receive no real answers or follow-up. It felt like my concerns were ignored, and there was no sense of urgency or professionalism. Customer service is a huge part of any business, and unfortunately, this company failed in that area. I would not recommend them based on my experience. More

Was pleased with the service rep Keith but spent 3 hours waiting for a tire change. I felt that was very excessive and lost a half day of work. Also when the car was brought out to me, the wheel was covered waiting for a tire change. I felt that was very excessive and lost a half day of work. Also when the car was brought out to me, the wheel was covered in the greasy lubricant that was used. The service rep did the best he could to wipe it off. More
