Once the car came, we made a trip out to Cedar Park and it was a great experience! The pricing is awesome, as they don’t put on unreasonable dealer markups and can actually leave off some add ons. Keenan was our salesperson and he was fantastic. Really nice, reasonable, and patient— he helps customers get a reasonable deal, isn’t pushy, and seems genuinely happy to help whether it’s running numbers back and forth with the manager, helping us take photos of our old and new cars, and keeping us updated every step of the way. Jesse was friendly and gave us a brief explanation of our Toyota service. Samantha was our finance representative and explained the process clearly. She was also super pleasant. The dealership is super clean and big— there’s tons of tables and seats, couches, even a cafe and gift shop, and lots of friendly staff around. Everyone seemed happy to help, and the dealership seems to take an extra step to make a better experience. Even though we spent half a day there to buy a new car, it was comfortable. The variety of snacks and water bottles definitely helped. I’m super happy with my experience with Cedar Park. Definitely telling my friends about them and keeping them on my radar for the future!
