We had a positive experience buying a new Crosstrek from Ben at Randy Marion. Ben was more knowledgeable about the car than most salesmen I come across and was very personable. My only criticism of Randy Ben at Randy Marion. Ben was more knowledgeable about the car than most salesmen I come across and was very personable. My only criticism of Randy Marion is the insistence on adding junk fees to the price - the whole protection package where they spray some mystery chemical on the car and want $1000 for it is pretty off-putting, as is the (admittedly mild) pitch for extended warranties. I feel like we got a fair price after some haggling but I am sure the dealership did ok too. The Finance associate was helpful when we ran into a weird snag on our loan approval and apparently came in on his day off to get it figured out. Overall we were very satisfied and would buy from them again. More
