I have been a Subaru owner since 2019; my first Subaru was a 2013 Legacy, which I still own. Since moving to NC in 2019 after my military service, I have a commute of 60 miles a day round trip and decided was a 2013 Legacy, which I still own. Since moving to NC in 2019 after my military service, I have a commute of 60 miles a day round trip and decided to purchase a newer vehicle. I bought a 2024 Crosstrek and love it! The gas mileage is exceptional, offering significant cost savings, and the safety/driver's assist features are unique, not to mention that Subaru upgraded its stereo sound quality! I love my Crosstrek! I still have my Legacy, but with over 200k miles, I drive it locally (it is my first love). The customer service at Randy Marion Subaru is truly exceptional. Despite a stressful situation, the service agent I spoke with remained calm and empathetic. His kindness and reassurance, even in the face of my embarrassment, were a testament to the dealership's commitment to its customers. His calm demeanor helped ease my worries, and I was confident that Randy Marion Subaru would take care of everything. Also, Jacob, the service agent at Randy Marion, called me frequently to give me updates on the diagnostics and testing of my Crosstrek. His consistent communication was beneficial, and he showed great concern for their customers. I was made aware of the repairs to my vehicle throughout the two days. At the time of the issue, I was due for an oil change, and Randy Marion did not charge me for the oil change in light of the circumstances with the battery issue. Randy Marion is an EXCEPTIONAL Dealership, and all the employees make it so. When my oldest son was in the market for a truck, I knew exactly where to take him-Randy Marion. He found the perfect truck and I was once again impressed by the dealership's respect and understanding. I've recommended Randy Marion to everyone I know, and it has truly become the dealership for my family. I can't thank the team at Randy Marion enough for their wonderful service and their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and Subaru's quality. More

This was the easiest car dealership I’ve ever worked with. Highly accommodating, super fast buying experience. Ben was excellent. Several others were good as well, but we don't remember their names. Payment for salaries of non-revenue-producing employees (company policy) was a junk fee that made us feel taken advantage of. --- Locking and unlocking of vehicle was not set properly at time of purchase, leaving me vulnerable on a long trip — never knowing if the car was locked or not, and it sometimes was not. A shorter warranty on a new car, than a used one, did not seem right to us. More
