First off I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Ferguson Kia. I cannot say enough about the employees that work at this dealership. They gave me a fair price on my trade and they were very accommodating. The service department is on point too. My vehicles all get serviced at Ferguson. Many different brands to choose from but I love the Kias. I would say this is the best dealership in Oklahoma. Great job Ferguson. You have a lifelong customer in me. More

The responsiveness of this dealership was absolutely horrible from the sales team. I was told on multiple occasions that I would be receiving phone call updates on the progress of my vehicle, but calls horrible from the sales team. I was told on multiple occasions that I would be receiving phone call updates on the progress of my vehicle, but calls would not come in a reasonable timeframe. Also their whole policy on not detailing the vehicles when they receive them is a horrible practice as the test drive is done in a dirty car and the detail after the purchase delays the receipt of the vehicle. I received the same BS multiple times from the salesman about how they don’t detail the car before hand so I can experience the true nature of the car. I don’t think so, I think it is so you can rush a car to be sold and not worry about the service techs or other test drives getting the car dirty. Not a good experience. Also the Kia building is in need of repair and upgrades. More
