I was really impressed with a straightforward experience. Johnny was able to clearly break down the numbers and made sure that we were all on the same page before we signed. We dealt with woody and his manager Brian, they were nothing less than fantastic. we were making them show us many different autos as we were undecided on which to get. They handed me the keys to my car and said "when I was finished with lunch come back". We did and they dealt with us honestly, no high pressure sales, and it was the BEST car buying experience that I have had in my 69 years! After working with the sales department, we went into credit (Which I was dreading), Keaton made this experience so easy that I sied with relief. We purchased a new vehicle and loved our experience at Pat Lobb between both the salesman, Marco, and the finance officer, Kheaton.
