Complete lack of communication from everyone at the service center. I had to call multiple time and every time to get updates. My car was there over a month! Finally figured out what was going on after speaking with Kia America because the dealer kept directing me to them instead of explaining why vehicle wouldn’t be covered. On top of that they never provided finance options. When they did I had asked twice and finally received it only to find out it’s basically opening a new credit card so we just used one we had. Their manager was also bad at communicating what the actual issue was with my car leading to an extended amount of time it had to be there. More
