My college age son bought a new Rogue. 7 year 100,000 mile warranty. It has 36,500 and each time it’s serviced fluids aren’t topped off. Now jyst 2 weeks ago required a new battery, last F 7 year 100,000 mile warranty. It has 36,500 and each time it’s serviced fluids aren’t topped off. Now jyst 2 weeks ago required a new battery, last Friday new tires, check engine light is on. They tell me we gotta pay $175 diagnostic fee to even check to see if the warranty to fix what’s wrong. I am gonna have to get his car there & him back & forth to work 2 days & leave the car. So they can even determine if it’s gonna be covered under warranty. Then I ask to see Tad. He put me off on Matt in service who was hateful as could be. Just recently I had my battery sluggish. I stopped but was told it was too close to closing to check my battery cables etc. I’m 65 year old female who really wanted to riisk getting stranded somewhere.! Good thing I was at home because very next day I had a dead battery at home. My neighbor boosted my battery. I did not return there for a battery. Nor did my son. His battery went dead week ago Friday. This past Friday required new tires, and now check engine light on. Is this the type vehicle Nissan is putting out. And service what happened to make it right & care for your customer? I’ve bought 6 cars from newton gallatin over the years. I’ve spent lots of money there & it’s terrible service. Your service manager is hateful to women. I’ve been talked down too & it was very disappointing since I’ve been a loyal customer. My son purchased his car 2121, I bought a car last March. I won’t spend another dime there for a vehicle I’ll go next door. Why purchase externed warranty when your car starts falling apart at 36,000 miles. I’ve requested Mike to call me? Nothing! I’m disgusted. I will tell everyone my experience! I’m not the only resident in sumner county disappointed in newton nissan. I hope you are satisfied taking advantage of middle class people! More

Top shelf customer service absolutely amazing customer service from top to bottom they will absolutely work with you they don’t push you they are patient with you and they will go over several different o service from top to bottom they will absolutely work with you they don’t push you they are patient with you and they will go over several different options for you such as this is what you will pay for this down payment and this is your rates and they actually give you three different term lengths for you to consider this will be my last Camaro I will own but it will not be the last vehicle I buy and when I do I’m coming here best in the business More

Kaylon has been my service consultant the last couple times for my Titan oil changes and am I very pleased with her nice mannerism and knowledge of vehicle service. She has always been pretty precise o times for my Titan oil changes and am I very pleased with her nice mannerism and knowledge of vehicle service. She has always been pretty precise on wait times and not too pushy on additional service but does make you aware of Nissans recommended service intervals. Newton Nissan is SUPERIOR dealership. Their service department does excellent work in a very timely manner. David Stone was my service advisor and he was ready for me as soon as arrived. Their service department does excellent work in a very timely manner. David Stone was my service advisor and he was ready for me as soon as arrived. He very quickly checked me in and answered my questions and advised me how long it would take. Before I pulled out of the dealership, he sent me a text giving me his number in case I had any other questions. David is an ASSET to Newton Nissan and goes above and beyond EXCELLENT customer service. Thank-you, David, for insuring my car was repaired correctly and timely.
