Here is what I can say for this dealership, service department, and the people that work there. They do not make it difficult to conversate about prices, and do not pressure you. They DO keep their promises with service. They are very trustworthy and will take a customers concerns into account and answer every question. This dealership and Hyundai vehicles are the reason this is my second one over the last 8 years.

After routine service of the Tucson including oil change
I noticed oil spots on the garage floor, took the car back next day, service person said that there was no active oil leak only oil residue left from

It was repaired the next day.However had I went on a trip before going home the engine could have been compromised. I also don't like it that you installed synthetic blend oil and I paid for it at the oil change. When you did the repair the next day you put conventional oil in.
