Had an issue with my rear tire. Stopped by Hyunda and met Kayla Who had my car looked at. She came back with the issue, made me an appointment after ordering me a new tire with my Stopped by Hyunda and met Kayla Who had my car looked at. She came back with the issue, made me an appointment after ordering me a new tire with my approval. She made sure I wasn't wasting my time needlessly. She was knowledgeable and it was clear she was very professional in her job. When I came back in on the appointment day, she had my car ready to go to maintenance and I spent probably the shortest time ever in a dealership waiting room. From my first meeting with Kayla, it was clear her customer service skills were every bit as great as her knowledge of repair issues for Hyundai products. I plan to ask for Kayla when I need maintenance help. I don't need very much maintenance for my Hyundai, but when I do I am using Mitchell Hyundai and especially Kayla! Been using Mitchell Products for over 25 years and haven't been disappointed yet. More
