Sending a pre-written response to a complaint is just another fact that shows your company does not take these issues seriously. I've reached out several times via phone calls and text messages for over a week and noone has gotten back to me in regards to my issues. All I was looking for was my car to come back to me as I gave it to your company. Instead, I get inside/outside vehicle damage and nobody taking responsibility for their negligence. The only way to correct this is to pay for the work I had done at another shop and replace the damage done inside my vehicle.
