Kayla was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. I saw the car I wanted, reached out on a Monday and Kayla responded immediately. Yet, I couldn't make it to the dealership (Corwin) for another coupl I saw the car I wanted, reached out on a Monday and Kayla responded immediately. Yet, I couldn't make it to the dealership (Corwin) for another couple of days thereafter. Kayla and I communicated the whole time. She kept me updated with the availability. We finally made it on the Friday. Approved the same day in July for my new car. Shout out to Kaylas Manager (Sam) for assisting as well! However, we ran into some concerns right away. My BF noticed a nail in my tire. So Sam and Kayla took immediate accountability. Kept my car forservicing for a couple of days and Kayla drove it to my home. Shortly after we noticed the issue was unresolved. I remained calmed. We ended up paying for a new tire (saftey) to get the nail removed. I reached out to Kayla with details. Then shortly after I was reimbursed for the tire. Thereafter, there was delay with my title and were unaware of the timeframe. So, Kayla asked me to come by the dealership prior to my temp tags expiring. She greeted me with dealer's plates in hand. Even though I'm only 20mins away from the dealership. She also filled my tank for any inconvenience. It's the initiative that mattered most for me and sincerely appreciated. She always made me whole. Due to my temps expiring, I occurred a late fee. She said "No worries." Once I returned the dealers tags. She had a check cut and waiting to reimburse me for late fees. I thought we were good to go. However, I was unable to place my back tag on due to the screws being stripped prior. Kayla immediately intervened. The day of my service appointment, they were able to get me in and out and on my way for my next appointment. Life can throw us some unexpected turns. However, when you have an amazing Sales woman who's transparent, professional, honest and takes the initiative through the storm. You will only feel a light breeze. I'm very grateful and will continue to champion and recommend Corwin every opportunity. My 2018 Hyundai Sonata 2.0 Turbo is happy! Aka "Win!" More
