Have to fight with service department to get things done. Richard never returns your calls. If you can get someone in service to answer the phone. But when I told them what happened they said it was only the fram and it is not covered under warranty. NEVER BUYING ANOTHER HONDA AGAIN. CHEVY HERE I COME More

STAY AWAY! Brand New 2020 Car back with additional issues I feel like i have been SCAMMED. I got a brand new car and they claim the repair is not covered under warranty. I just got a brand new car, barely d I feel like i have been SCAMMED. I got a brand new car and they claim the repair is not covered under warranty. I just got a brand new car, barely drove anywhere due to corona. Car was overheating and it was brand new. Likely missing Coolant. LIE #1 - First they told me they cant find the issue and car is fine. They said they drove around for 45 minutes and it was not overheating. So that cant be as it overheated every time since i got it. LIE# 2 - Then they told me there is a leak in the radiator and the warranty wont cover it. That cant be as its a brand new car that came that way Bottom Line Then i realized what was going on I picked up my car and will go to a legitimate dealer that is not looking to charge me for a warranted job. Icing on Cake When i returned home with my car, the AC which was fine all along and worked GREAT, is not not working at all. So I came in with a basic warranty issue for a new car, couple days later (without a car) i get my car back same issue , Plus as a BONUS an additional Issue compliments of PLAZA. Don't get SCAMMED, Stay AWAY!!! Now A week Later, I need to deal with getting TWO issues fixed on a brand new car. More

serious complaints I brought my car in at 11/06/17 having at hand a Plaza Honda discount coupon for synthetic oil change for 29.95$. The coupon states that 'Fully synthe I brought my car in at 11/06/17 having at hand a Plaza Honda discount coupon for synthetic oil change for 29.95$. The coupon states that 'Fully synthetic priced slightly higher'. I was charged 89.04$! Is this ' slightly higher'? The same day I requested to have my air pressure checked. On Friday, gone to a funeral in Long Island, I had the indicator of low pressure on tires on. I brought the car in, the pressure was down to 22 and I was told that it was because of the.. weather! Also, at the cashier, the last minute they asked for cash only! Supposed I didn't have it with me? I have leased several cars with you company and never had such a terrible experience! I expect a justification to the outrageous pricing and the overall unacceptable service! More

Worst experience ever I had an appointment and arrived right on time. They made me wait for over a half hour before taking my car. I asked if I should wait or go home. They told me it would take about 40 minutes for the oil change and I should wait. 3.5 hours later I was still waiting. Then they tried to "sell" me $650 dollars of work that my car "needed". I declined, and they made me wait an additional half hour, while they were "putting my car back together" a simple oil change, over 4 hrs??! Rude and nasty people. When I complained I was actually told "others have been here for over 5 hours, what are YOU complaining about? I would never use their service More

They said my oil change would be an hour it took over 4. Plus I had to wait to get my car once it was completed. They are rude, disrespectful, and overall obnoxious. They look for issue that don't exist and lose your keys. Don't feel this was a one time thing. Check there ratings one Google and yelp. More
